Fees
Clear advice on costs
The cost of legal work depends on the nature of the matter, the documents involved and the steps required.
The proposed scope of work and basis of charging will be explained before you decide whether to proceed. Where suitable, a defined piece of work may be offered for a fixed fee. Complex litigation and advisory work may be charged on an hourly basis or by agreed stages.
Any estimate or quotation will explain the treatment of VAT and identify additional expenses, such as court fees, counsel’s fees or expert fees, where relevant.
Discuss your property matter
Tell the team what has happened, what you would like to achieve and whether there is an approaching deadline.
